Carla Kelly
Carla Kelly is an American author of historical romance novels. Carla writes “dukeless” Regency romances about ordinary people with ordinary problems. She has also written western romance in her earlier works, as well as some with LDS themes. Carla earned her master’s degree in American history from the University of Louisiana-Monroe.
