David Chang

David Chang is a Korean-American restaurateur, television host, and author. He is best known for founding the Momofuku restaurant group that has locations in New York City, Sydney, Toronto, Washington, DC, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles. He is the author of Eat a Peach: A Memoir .
