Dennis Lehane
Dennis Lehane is an American author of crime fiction and mystery novels. His series is the Kenzie/Gennaro series, but he is perhaps best known for having written the novels Mystic River and Shutter Island , which were made into motion pictures by Clint Eastwood and Martin Scorsese respectively. In addition to his work as a novelist, Lehane has written multiple episodes of The Wire and an episode of Castle .
