Edith Maxwell
Edith Maxwell is an American author of cozy mystery novels. She writes the Local Foods Mysteries, Country Store Mysteries, Quaker Midwife Mysteries and more. Edith owned and ran the smallest certified-organic farm in Essex County, Massachusetts. Her short stories have appeared in many different anthologies and magazines. She is part of the Mystery Writers of America and Sisters in Crime and is the Vice President of SINC New England. She worked as a technical writer for nearly two decades, but is now a full-time novelist. Edith is the fourth generation in her family to be from California, but she now resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
