Hunter S. Thompson
Hunter S. Thompson (1937-2005) was an American author and journalist. He was best known for his style of Gonzo journalism, which he created, that blurs the lines between fiction and non-fiction. He is best known for his novel Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas , which was adapted to film by Terry Gilliam in 1998. Suffering from health problems, Thompson took his own life at his compound in 2005.
