John Harvey
John Harvey is a British novelist of crime fiction and the creator of the Charlie Resnick series. Harvey began his career writing Western novels with co-authors such as Angus Wells, Laurence James and Terry Harknett – usually using the collective pen name. He has won the Silver Dagger award from the Crime Writers’ Association for the novel Flesh and Blood and the Diamond Dagger for his lifetime contribution to crime fiction. Harvey is also a poet, a dramatist and a broadcaster.
