Kate Parker
Kate Parker is an American author of cozy and historical mystery novels. She writes the Victorian Bookshop Mysteries series. Kate has had a variety of careers, including as a microbiologist, insurance fraud investigator, office clerk, telephone line repair person, and EMT. Her favourite career of all is her latest – a writer. She now writes historical mysteries with romantic elements, and has taken inspiration from some of her favourite mystery novels, such as Robert Barnard , Simon Brett , Margaret Frazer , Susanna Gregory , and Deanna Raybourn . Kate lives in North Carolina.
