Before she became a novelist, Lauren worked in e-commerce and web marketing. She moved from Seattle to New York City in order to pursue her new writing career. A year later, she got an agent and multiple publishing deals. Lauren lives in New York City with her husband and Pomeranian. Besides writing, she enjoys running, reading and attending happy hour.
