Louis Bayard

Louis Bayard is an American author known for his historical fiction novels. Raised in Virginia, he earned a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and a Master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Before turning to writing full time, he worked for two members of the U.S. House of Representatives. In addition to his novels, Louis has taught fiction writing at George Washington University and lives in Washington, D.C.
