Marta Perry
Marta Perry is an American author of Christian-themed romance novels. Marta had wanted to be an author since she was eight years old, reading Nancy Drew novels. She first started writing as an adult when she was writing children’s stories for Sunday School, then ended up writing stories that were published in magazines. After growing up in rural Pennsylvania, a natural topic for Marta’s novels is the Amish, such as her Pleasant Valley series. She also writes the Flanagans and Brotherhood of the Raven series. Marta lives in an old farmhouse in Pennsylvania with her husband and spends her winters in South Carolina. She has three children and six grandchildren.
