Michael Malone
Michael Malone (1942-2022) was an American author as well as a television writer. Michael earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1964, and his master’s degree in 1966 (also from UNC-Chapel Hill). Aside from his novels, Michael wrote for the soap opera One Life to Live from 1991 to 1996 and from 2003 to 2004. Michael was married to his wife, Maureen, for 47 years. They had one daughter, Maggie. Michael passed away on August 19th, 2002 after suffering from pancreatic cancer.
