Neta Jackson
Neta Jackson is an American author of Christian fiction, historical fiction and non-fiction books, often for children. The daughter of a Christian school principal, Neta moved all over the United States until her family settled in Seattle. She says that as a child, she always had her nose in a book and wrote a story about a mountain lion in her senior year of high school that won first place in a Scholastic Magazine contest. The reward money went towards a typewriter. Neta is a prolific author and has written several series, including the Trailblazer series and the Yada Yada Prayer Group series. She is married to fellow author Dave Jackson, with whom she frequently collaborates with.
