The Charlie Bone series is a series of children’s fantasy/adventure novels by British author Jenny Nimmo . The “Charlie Bone universe” includes both the Children of the Red King series and a prequel series called the Chronicles of the Red King. The characters in the series all possess magical powers. Charlie Bone, the lead character, has the ability of being able to enter photographs. He is able to communicate with the people who are in the photos.
