The Raine Stockton Dog Mysteries is a series of mystery novels by American author Donna Ball . Raine Stockton lives in a small town in North Carolina who runs a kennel/dog-training business while also working as a part-time forest service job and doing lots of volunteer work, such as search-and-rescue work. She teams up with her Golden Retriever, Cisco, along with the other dogs from her kennel.
