Ricky Ricotta’s Mighty Robot is a series of children’s novels by American author Dav Pilkey . Ricky is a mouse who, along with his robot, saves the world from a different villain every book. Ricky Ricotta lived a lonely mouse in Squeakyville, where he was bullied during school. A mad scientist named Dr. Stinky McNasty made himself a robot to destroy Earth, but when the robot refused, McNasty zapped the robot with a gun. Ricky grabbed the gun and destroyed it, and when the robot saw this, he became friends with Ricky Ricotta.
